01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any product or service provided by 789ace — including the 789ace Casino, Jackpot Slots, Fortune Rabbit, Cockfighting, sports betting, live dealer tables, and all related features — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 789ace platform and close your account. Continued use of 789ace following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and 789ace (the platform operator). References to "789ace", "we", "us", or "our" throughout this document refer to the 789ace platform and its operator. References to "you", "user", or "player" refer to the individual registered account holder.

02 Eligibility & Age Verification

The 789ace platform is strictly available to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of 789ace.
• You are accessing 789ace from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited for you as an individual.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent or representative of any other party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 789ace or had a 789ace account permanently closed for a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a 789ace employee in a role that would constitute a conflict of interest.

03 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered 789ace account at any given time. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. 789ace employs automated and manual detection mechanisms to identify duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts discovered will be permanently closed, and any balances therein will be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during 789ace registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your Pakistan National Identity Card, a valid and active Pakistan mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. 789ace is not liable for failed notifications, delayed withdrawals, or account issues arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

3.3 Account Security

Your 789ace login credentials — username and password — are strictly personal and must not be shared with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your 789ace account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 789ace support immediately at [email protected]. 789ace is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals (PKR)

4.1 Deposit Methods

789ace accepts PKR deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, and major Pakistan commercial banks including HBL, UBL, MCB, and others listed in the 789ace payment section. Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash typically credit your 789ace wallet within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits credit within the same business day for standard amounts.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds are set by 789ace and may vary by payment method and account verification status. Current deposit limits are displayed within your 789ace account dashboard. 789ace reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time with prior notice to affected account holders.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed by 789ace subject to the following conditions:

• Your 789ace account must have completed KYC verification (identity and age confirmation).
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits where technically possible.
• Easypaisa and JazzCash PKR withdrawals are typically processed within 20 minutes for verified accounts in good standing.
• Bank transfer withdrawals to Pakistan accounts are processed within the same business day for standard amounts.
• 789ace reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Transaction Accuracy

All PKR transactions on the 789ace platform are logged and time-stamped. In the event of a suspected transaction error, players must notify 789ace support within 7 days of the relevant transaction date. 789ace will not accept claims for transaction errors reported outside this window.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 789ace are subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions published at the time of the relevant promotion. By accepting any bonus or promotional offer from 789ace, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your 789ace account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn as real PKR. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to manipulate the 789ace bonus system — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinated betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or the provision of false personal information to access promotional offers — constitutes bonus abuse and is strictly prohibited. 789ace reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel withdrawals, and permanently close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

06 Betting Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports betting markets on 789ace — including cricket, HBL Pakistan Super League, boxing, football, and other sports — are governed by 789ace's standard betting rules. Bets accepted at the displayed odds are binding once confirmed. 789ace reserves the right to void bets in the event of obvious pricing errors, system malfunctions, or circumstances where the integrity of a sporting event has been compromised.

6.2 Live Casino Games

Outcomes on all 789ace live dealer games — including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, and Sic Bo — are determined by the real-time actions of professional dealers in licensed studio environments. Once a live casino hand or round is settled by the dealer, the result is final and binding. 789ace is not liable for player connectivity issues that affect participation in live casino hands.

6.3 RNG Games

Jackpot Slots, Fortune Rabbit, table game variants, and other RNG-based games on 789ace use independently certified random number generators. Game outcomes are statistically independent of prior rounds. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee outcomes for individual sessions. 789ace publishes RTP information for all RNG games in the respective game information panels.

6.4 Cockfighting

Live Cockfighting markets on 789ace are settled based on the official result declared by the arena operator at the conclusion of each bout. 789ace transmits these results directly from licensed arena feeds. In the event of arena-side disputes or technical transmission failures, 789ace will apply the most recent reliable official result. All Cockfighting bets are binding once the bout commences.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 789ace platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to interact with 789ace games, markets, or account systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any 789ace game or betting market.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or vulnerabilities in the 789ace platform.
• Using the 789ace platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Accessing 789ace through VPN, proxy, or anonymisation tools to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Creating or using a 789ace account on behalf of another person without their explicit knowledge and consent.
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or abuses 789ace staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the 789ace platform or its games.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the 789ace platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphical interfaces, brand marks, logos, text, and audio-visual elements — is the proprietary property of 789ace or its licensed content partners. No part of the 789ace platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or publicly displayed without prior written authorisation from 789ace.

By using 789ace, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant any ownership rights over any 789ace content or intellectual property.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 789ace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of earnings, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage.

789ace does not warrant that the platform will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times. 789ace's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the PKR value of the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days prior to the relevant claim.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Suspension by 789ace

789ace reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms & Conditions, is engaged in fraudulent activity, has provided false registration information, or where we are required to act by a legal or regulatory obligation. During a suspension, access to the account and all associated PKR funds may be restricted pending investigation.

10.2 Closure by Player

You may request closure of your 789ace account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified PKR balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

Players wishing to exclude themselves from 789ace for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion via the account settings panel or by contacting 789ace support. Self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, and permanent are available. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your 789ace account, and 789ace will take reasonable steps to prevent you from creating a new account.

11 Responsible Gaming

13 Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the 789ace platform after the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these terms were most recently revised. If you do not agree to any changes, you should cease using 789ace and request account closure before the effective date of the amendments.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and 789ace, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of written notice of the dispute, either party may pursue formal resolution through the applicable dispute resolution process. 789ace's final decision on any gambling dispute — including bet settlement queries — is communicated in writing via email. Decisions on factual matters such as bet outcomes recorded in 789ace system logs are final and binding.
